All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you.
Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. (Trade enquiries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org).
After you have placed the order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email with your order number and details of the product you have ordered.
You may also order from us by telephone. You can ring us Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm GMT. We are shut on bank and public holidays.
If you provide us with an email address, we will follow the same procedures as for online sales but if not we reserve the right to follow an alternative process, which you will be advised of when you call. In either case acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us is not formed until payment in full has been received and cleared.
Millinery OY is useing Stripe as payment system. Stripe is world-wide well-know highly secure payments operating system. When you buy an item from us, you have to write you credit card details, but in reality we do not see them at all as they are getting into Stripe system and Stripe is in partnership with many financial institutions, regulators, payment networks, banks etc.

We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product.

All prices on the website are quoted in Euro (EUR). They do not include VAT @ 20% as Millinery OY is not VAT registered.
Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries.
We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.
All our fascinators, hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at my smoke free and pet free studio. For this reason I can not accept returns on made to measure items. However, I do not want you to feel completely unsatisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to phone the studio on +(372) 501 0694 or write: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other fascinators or hats I have in stock and not customized for your special needs are returnable within a 14 working day period after. I would ask that you email me within 48hrs of receipt of any purchase to arrange the return. It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return the goods. The item must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition.
Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full purchase price including also shipping cost. We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the goods.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on bespoke millinery since they are made to order and bespoke to the customer.
Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. We advise customers reuse the packaging that the order was supplied in. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using your national mail company. Please clearly indicate goods are being either returned for refund or exchange.
