• International standard Air Mail (with the tracking number)
• Flat shipping rates offered.

We offer flat shipping rates as we wish to make your purchase as easy as possible.
EU countries – 12EUR (any package size)
Other countries:USA, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Russia others – 15EUR (any package size)

Today, because of Corona virus international standard mail works slowly due to several restrictions and much less planes flying intercontinentally.

International standard Air Mail shipment can be still a good shipping option if you live in Europa and you are not in rush to receive your purchase for a specific date coming soon.

*In average it takes about 2 weeks to come to most European Union countries, but may take longer to come to Spain, Greece, Italy, Cyprus and other Southern European EU countries;

**But if you live in the USA, Canada, Australia and other far distance countries, then it may take 3-8 weeks to arrive to your country.

International post does not give any guarantees or estimated arrival times today and therefore sometimes it may be really very slow.

Therefore I recommend to choose DHL Express courier service, which is fast, reliable, tracable in all stages. I have shipped my items with them about 5 years by now and almost daily since Corona crisis started, so I can only tell only good words and positive feedback from my customers about their service.

We make also fascinators and hats bespoke to order. Our usual turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, although we can make to tighter schedules where possible. If you can let us know when the hat is needed by, we will check and let you know the the timing.

Best time to order bespoke hat for your next spring&summer event would be in autumn or winter.

a)If you live in Estonia, then best would be, if you can come to visit our studio with your outfit, so that we can then discuss and agree all the details, choose the right fabric, trimmings etc.

But if you are not able to visit us, then we can also discuss all the necessary details by phone or buy e-mail. Once we have settled all the details we typically take a 50% deposit and book you in for a fitting (if needed) to see the bespoke trims and colours before it is finished and ready for collection. This is to ensure that you are happy with the final design and to give us time for final adjustments.

Although there might be also variations in our agreement as quite often (especially our regular customers) trust Marge Iilane and do not need to make a pre-visit, but trust fully her quality of work, design and taste.

b) If you live abroad, then typically, we would ask you to browse through our collections and items in our e-shop and then send us a selection of styles you like and you want us to make you according to your headsize, colours, trimmings, attatchment options preffered by you etc. We will also let you know in advance the cost of the custom made hat + shipping. After your confirmation, we will send you the pre-payment invoice and when its paid, we will do our best to make your headpiece ready and shipped as quickly as possible.

For custom made hat you can send us pictures of your dress or outfit or accessories with what you want to match your hat. You can send us also some draft ideas or images you have found from the internet and these are done by some other designers. You like this design, but you want it being customized or changed a bit according to your outfit, colour choices etc.

In these cases we`ll confirm are we able to make you something similar or not. It depends on many factors and we may also offer you some other idea based on you likes or dislikes.

If there is enough time, we will also prefer that we will post you small fabric swatches, so that you can then compare them with your garments and e-mail back, what colour fabric you chose for making your headpiece. This way we avoid the situation, that the colour is not true to the colour you were looking for.

**Samples shipping should be covered buy you and we`ll let you know in advance the cost of shipping to your country

***If there is not that much time for shipping you the fabric swatches, we try to do our best to get the match with the colour of your garments, but still due to the difference in computer screens there might be slight differences in the shade of the fabrics and colour of the end product. It will be your risk then, as we will not refund or take back custom made items.
