White fascinator from velour felt.
Shade of the white felt available: ivory white (milk white; light shade of ivory white) and darker ivory white (creamish, a bit yellowish shade of ivory white)- see the picture of felt hat cones at the last picture.
*Hats bottom if firstly hand-blocked on a wooden block from sinamay fabric. Base is wired and then covered with fur felt. Finally trimmed.
